Madde 1: Taraflar / Article 1: Parties

[TR] Satıcı: WoodyHomeCo (Ankara, Türkiye - [email protected])
Alıcı: woodyhomeco.com üzerinden sipariş oluşturan, fatura ve kargo bilgilerini ödeme sayfasında (checkout) beyan eden gerçek veya tüzel kişidir.

[EN] Seller: WoodyHomeCo (Ankara, Turkey - [email protected])
Buyer: The real or legal person who places an order via woodyhomeco.com and declares billing and shipping details on the checkout page.

Madde 2: Sözleşmenin Konusu / Article 2: Subject of the Contract

[TR] İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, elektronik ortamda siparişi yapılan ahşap ürün/ürünlerin satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili hak ve yükümlülüklerin saptanmasıdır.

[EN] The subject of this contract is the determination of rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of wooden product(s) ordered electronically.

Madde 3: Ödeme ve Teslimat / Article 3: Payment and Delivery

[TR] Ödemeler sanal POS üzerinden güvenle tahsil edilir. Ürünler yasal 30 günlük süreyi aşmamak koşulu ile teslim edilir. Gümrük ve ithalat vergileri (varsa) Alıcı'ya aittir.

[EN] Payments are securely collected via virtual POS. Products are delivered within the legal 30-day period. Customs and import taxes (if any) belong to the Buyer.

Madde 4: Cayma ve İade Hakkı / Article 4: Right of Withdrawal and Return

[TR] Alıcı, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 (on dört) gün içinde cayma hakkına sahiptir. Ancak, kişiye özel ölçü ve renkte üretilen (custom) ahşap ürünlerde cayma hakkı geçerli değildir.

[EN] The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery. However, the right of withdrawal is not valid for wooden products manufactured in custom sizes and colors.

Madde 5: Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü / Article 5: Dispute Resolution

[TR] İhtilaflarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca ilan edilen değere kadar Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri; aşan durumlarda Ankara Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

[EN] In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey; Ankara Courts are authorized for exceeding cases.
